logitrans returns to Istanbul as the region’s meeting point

The international transport logistics exhibition brings operators, shippers and infrastructure providers together at the point where European and Asian traffic meets.

Abstract illustration of an exhibition floor plan
logitrans remains the meeting point for the regional transport and logistics market.

Trade exhibitions tell you little about volumes and a good deal about intent. What exhibitors choose to show, and who they bring with them, is a better signal than the quarter’s figures.

logitrans holds a particular place in that calendar because of where it sits. The audience is split fairly evenly between European and Asian operations instead of being dominated by one side.

What to watch on the floor

Three themes recur in the exhibitor lists: terminal and handling technology, digital documentation platforms, and equipment aimed at cross-border interchange.

Each one answers the same constraint: the handover between modes and between jurisdictions, which is where corridor performance is decided.

What exhibitors choose to show says more about the next two years than the quarter’s figures do.
